The app uses microphone audio only during a voice conversation and does not use personal conversation content for advertising.

What is processed

Audio is transmitted to the disclosed AI providers to produce transcription and speech. Raw microphone audio is not retained by the app. Account identifiers, purchase records, and operational events are processed to provide access and prevent abuse.

Conversation memory

When enabled, verbatim transcripts are encrypted on the device before storage. The design protects stored content from ordinary database access. It is not end-to-end encryption against PRETTY GOOD - FZCO because the service retains the account key-wrapping boundary needed for account recovery and authorized processing. Working summaries belong to the signed-in account. Conversation content is excluded from ordinary analytics and application logs.

Saved Journal notes

Saved Journal notes are generated only after a paid room ends and require your approval before saving. They are not client-side encrypted; they are protected by account-scoped database access controls.

Your control

You may export or delete account-owned conversation data from the app. For privacy questions or account deletion help, contact support@pretty-good-company.xyz.
